Salesforce Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) and Salesforce Core to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OmniStudio tools, core Salesforce development capabilities, and deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, industry-specific, and core Salesforce solutions. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and Salesforce declarative tools. Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Document technical designs, workflows, and solution architectures for both Vlocity and Salesforce Core implementations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer developers as needed. Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing for all developed solutions. Support deployments across multiple environments using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring seamless user experience. 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Core . 1+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) tools and features. Expertise in Vlocity OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures) and configuration of industry-specific solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security. Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), and Salesforce Connect. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on scalability and efficiency. Proficiency in Salesforce Core development, including Apex , SOQL , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Visualforce . Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II , OmniStudio Developer , Salesforce Industries Consultant , or Application Architect . Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira. Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Copado). Familiarity with industry-specific workflows in telecommunications, energy, or insurance sectors.
