Salesforce Project Manager - D2C Commerce Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Salesforce Commerce Cloud (D2C) implementation for a global manufacturing organisation.

This is a high-profile digital transformation programme delivering a consolidated Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce platform across 15 European countries and the UK, creating a unified customer experience and establishing the global template for future rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across discovery, design, build, testing and go-live.
• Manage delivery across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Order Management.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, including Commerce, PIM, D365, tax, payments and integration teams.
• Facilitate business design workshops with senior stakeholders across Europe.
• Own project governance, including planning, RAID management, reporting and budget tracking.
• Manage internal delivery teams, implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Ensure successful integration across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Drive sprint planning, sprint reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Lead SIT, business readiness and go-live activities.
• Manage post-production hypercare and transition into BAU.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/D2C) implementations.
• Strong Project Management background delivering complex enterprise digital transformation programmes.
• Experience managing Salesforce Order Management implementations.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple integration workstreams.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior business and IT leadership.
• Experience delivering international, multi-country rollouts.
• Strong risk, dependency and programme governance skills.
