Salesforce Product Manager

Salesforce Product Manager is required by an international organisation to lead the definition and delivery of the Salesforce product across multiple regions in which the company operates.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining the product delivery roadmap, planning Salesforce product improvements and developments, and communicating them to teams across all regions.
• Overseeing product delivery by leading sprints, refining the backlog, executing releases, tracking progress, and managing risks and dependencies.
• Translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Planning Salesforce product improvements and developments and communicating it with teams in all regions.
• Driving Salesforce product adoption by developing and executing adoption plans, including training, communication, and supporting rollouts.

Required experience and skills:

• Salesforce Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
• Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing competing business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration.
• Experience with multi-region Salesforce deployments and rollouts.
• Salesforce certifications will be beneficial
