Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands on development with technical leadership, mentoring developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high quality CRM solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security model
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, or similar)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications. Creates configuration, writes code, creates custom objects, and integrates Salesforce with other systems.
