• Lead rollout across the UK for a disparate user base, ensuring successful adoption.
• Deliver high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to end users, particularly in the Sales and Marketing area.
• Develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
• Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials.
• Act as a Salesforce subject-matter expert, contributing to training needs analysis, e-learning development, and training assessments.
• There is scope if you have worked on IT programmes in a technical role but would like to move into Training / Business Change.
• This role starts in a few weeks and will involve UK travel, so please apply if you tick all the boxes and have a proven IT Systems Training background.

• Proven IT Systems Training background.
• Experience on IT programmes in a technical role with an interest in moving into Training / Business Change.
• Experience delivering Salesforce training, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and start in a few weeks.
