My leading client is looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce IT Trainer/IT Trainer, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful rollout across a disparate user base across the UK. You ideally will have a passion for delivering true Business change. You must of delivering high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to the needs of end users particularly into the Sales and Marketing area. You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.

You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials. Acting as a Salesforce subject-matter expert, you will contribute to training needs analysis, E-learning development, and training assessments. There is scope if you have worked on IT programmes in a technical role but would like to move into Training/Business Change.
