Salesforce Engineer/Administrator (Service Cloud)

£400-£500 A DAY (OUTSIDE IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer/Administrator to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processes
• Develop custom functionality using Apex
• Manage data updates and integrations with external systems
• Support lead, opportunity and case management processes
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Hands-on Apex development experience
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows
• Experience with integrations, APIs and event-driven data updates
• Understanding of lead and opportunity management within Salesforce
