Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Milton Keynes (2 x day per week in office)
Salary/Rate: Up to £370 per day
Start Date: June (6 months)
Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Company Introduction
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established client of ours in the automotive industry who is on the lookout for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer II)
2. Strong technical understanding of Flows, Trigger & Apex logic
3. Strategize Tech Debt reduction.
4. Understanding of Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
5. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Component Framework (Aura and LWC).
6. Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft is required.
7. Experience of development outside the Salesforce platform, ie, React/Angular/Java projects.

Skills/Background:

1. Comfortable and effective in leading developer, ensuring project success and team cohesion.
2. Clear and concise communication skills are important as this is a client-facing role.
3. Should be able to drive the work independently.
4. Flexible to adapt to changing requirements.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize enhancements and optimizations.
