Role overview:
Configure and implement salesforce solutions, including Service cloud and Sales cloud
Customize Salesforce features, workflows and reports to optimize business processes
Conduct system testing

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and integrations
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
