Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Consultant - Public Sector (SC Cleared)
Location: Remote Duration: 6 months (with potential extension) Rate: Outside IR35/£400-£500 per day

I'm looking to recruit a Salesforce Consultant with experience working in the Public Sector and ideally active Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility. This will be to support an existing client build out an internal Salesforce team.

This is a strategic role where you'll help shape and deliver Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency, data transparency, and service delivery across government departments.

You'll be joining a collaborative team of specialists working within a structured Agile environment, contributing to discovery, design, and delivery phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and gather requirements from public sector stakeholders
• Configure and customise Salesforce solutions aligned with government standards
• Support integration with Legacy systems and third-party platforms
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and accessibility standards
• Provide documentation, training, and post-deployment support
• Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and product owners

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant (minimum 4 years)
• Active SC Clearance/previous experience in the Public Sector
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience working on public sector or government projects
• Familiarity with GDS standards, Agile delivery, and secure cloud environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
