I'm working with a major player in the energy and utilities space to launch a cutting-edge Salesforce initiative aimed at revolutionising customer interactions, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing sustainability efforts. This is a greenfield programme where your expertise will directly influence the technical blueprint and foundational design.

In this strategic position, you'll be the driving force behind the technical roadmap-partnering with stakeholders to craft robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. Your leadership will shape the development of custom components, seamless integrations, and intelligent automations that align with long-term business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and implement a comprehensive Salesforce architecture tailored to a large-scale utilities transformation
• Lead solution development across core Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Engineer integrations with external systems such as billing platforms, IoT devices, and field service tools
• Translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams, ensuring high standards of delivery
• Maintain architectural documentation and contribute to governance and compliance frameworks

Skills you must have:

• Proven experience working as a Solution Architect in the Energy/ Utilites sector.
• You must have leadership experience implementing product such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
