Salesforce Architect

We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Revenue Cloud (RCA) experience to support an in-flight brownfield programme. This role requires someone customer-facing, hands on, and able to own end to end solution design while providing clear technical leadership across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Billing within a complex Salesforce environment.
• Evaluate the existing landscape, identify gaps and shape best practice solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and integration patterns.
• Engage directly with stakeholders, providing guidance, clarity and direction.
• Oversee and support development teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Deliver hands on troubleshooting, solution reviews and architectural decisions.
• Produce high quality technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Experience

• Proven background as a Salesforce Architect with hands on Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Billing expertise.
• Strong stakeholder facing skills, able to influence and challenge effectively.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, APIs and platform governance.
• Experience guiding developers and shaping DevOps/release processes.
