Salesforce AI Engineer: Service Cloud & Automation

CarTrawler in Dublin is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Salesforce & Contact Centre Operations) to shape how we serve customers through technology. You'll build and evolve our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, design integrations with internal systems and develop AI-powered agent assist capabilities across multiple digital channels.

You'll work within the Customer Contact Technology team, combining hands on Salesforce engineering with practical AI and automation.
