Salesfloor Assistant (Part Time, Temp 24 hrs), Croydon Factory Outlet Store Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our values.
• Collaborate to support merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) in order to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying it on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in sports or fashion retail.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and the tools to interpret sales data.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communication skills in English.
