Job Description

Position: Sales Trainer

Location: South East London

Role Overview

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Sales Trainer to join our South East London team being responsible for the onboarding program and the continues training for our sales team in the territory using training, coaching and mentoring methods.

You will manage, design, develop and deliver training programs that will enhance and inspire our salesmen to succeed in their daily challenges.

Job Duties

  • Keep control of stock and handover training materials to trainees.
  • Organize and conduct the onboarding program for new joiners.
  • Scope and define requirements for new training needs.
  • Choose appropriate training methods (simulations, mentoring, field training )
  • Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
  • Be our field ambassadors for field shadowing and feedback forms

Required:

  • Proven high sales performance.
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
  • Ability to produce professional developmental training material.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques (desirable).
  • Practical knowledge of using MS Office and SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Administration skills.
  • High standards of written and spoken English.
  • Full driving licence
