Up to £75k per annum + Bonus + Benefits + Car allowance

A specialist engineering business delivering filtration and pressure-control equipment for demanding industrial environments. The business combines advanced engineering analysis, simulation, testing and precision manufacturing to develop dependable products.

You will lead and develop the sales team while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and managing inbound opportunities. A key priority will be driving a more proactive approach to business development, opening new markets, securing new customers and creating a healthy pipeline for future growth.

*Note: This role will have international travel involved!

Skills:

• Sales team management experience.
• Experience within the valves, pipeline, petrochemical, LNG, natural gas, chemical processing, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong blend of technical knowledge, sales leadership and business growth expertise is essential.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver growth.
• Strong track record of identifying opportunities, winning new customers and driving proactive sales.
