DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of Sales Agents in a fast paced inbound contact centre environment. Our team helps customers find the right medical travel insurance, including cover for those with pre existing or complex medical conditions.
This role is about more than just hitting targets. You'll play a key role in coaching your team, improving performance, delivering great customer outcomes and ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards.

As a Sales Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of inbound Sales Agents while ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets while creating a supportive, high performance culture.
- Coaching and developing team members through regular 1 to 1s, call listening and performance feedback.
- Monitoring contact centre metrics such as conversion rates, call quality, adherence, average handling time and revenue performance.
- Driving continuous improvement by using data, customer insights and product knowledge to improve sales performance and customer outcomes.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding to ensure new team members are set up for success. Working collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Compliance, Customer Service and Operations.
- Ensuring the team operates in line with regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty, CBI requirements and data protection policies. Embedding quality assurance standards through regular call reviews and coaching.

- Experience managing a sales team in a contact centre environment
- A strong track record of driving sales performance and hitting KPIs
- The ability to coach and develop people to reach their potential
- Confidence using performance data and reporting to improve results
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A passion for delivering great customer outcomes
- Understanding of financial services regulation (Consumer Duty, data protection)
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams
