Get Recruited are excited to be working with a highly reputable and award winning company who are on the lookout for a SALES TEAM LEADER to join their busy and successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a sales / business development background who can bring the energy to the sales team! Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll be providing guidance, training, and motivation to the sales team.

THE ROLE:

• Assisting the Sales Director to set sales goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, including training and motivation
• Monitor sales metrics and analyse data for areas of improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Stay updated on industry and market trends
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and targets
• Foster a high-performance, results driven sales culture

THE PERSON:

• Experienced as a team leader.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
