Sales Support - Wholesale

Our Client, a large Investment Manager with over £250 Billion Assets under Management, is currently looking to hire a Sales Support Associate to join their Wholesale team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. First point of contact for client requests, responsible for progressing the Sales Procedure and Wholesale Client Service procedure.
2. Assistance with fund presentations for in-house meetings, roadshows, as well as conferences.
3. Attend meetings with prospects, clients, rating agencies, and fund managers.
4. Liaison and support of Transfer agents and sales teams - completing client due diligence and preparing fund literature.

Requirements:

1. Experience working in a similar role within Investment Management is essential for this role.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
3. Team player with great attention to detail.
4. Fluency in English as well as in languages relevant to your market.
