Overview

Technical Estimator - Renewable Sector / Sales Support - Electrical. The ROLE requires designing and costing off-grid power solutions and managing projects from conception, design, quoting and through to production. This is a hands-on role covering system design and building and liaising with clients throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Answering technical questions
• Reviewing customer specifications
• Designing renewable energy systems to ensure power requirements are met
• Providing system designs and costings to clients
• Involved with all aspects of the project from conception, design, quoting and production

The Candidate

• Strong relevant knowledge
• Engineering experience
• Client facing experience
• Some electrical knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• A practical approach
• CAD skills would be advantageous but not essential

Salary & Location

Salary dependent on experience plus quarterly bonus. This role is commutable from Kettering, Stamford, Peterborough, Northampton, Corby, Market Harborough, Wellingborough, Thrapston, Oundle, Uppingham, Oakham.
