Your new role
As a dedicated Sales Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring customer orders are correctly entered into the system and processed in a timely manner.

Working closely with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment

Providing updates on order status, resolving enquiries, and assisting customers as needed.

Checking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Maintaining precise records and ensuring all order details align with specifications and pricing.

Communicating directly with customers via email

What you'll need to succeed
With an eye for detail, you will have experience working with a range of IT based programmes such as Excel, Access and Opera. Any previous experience of working with bespoke IT systems would be beneficial.
