About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager (Data & Insights) to cover maternity leave and support the QuickBooks and Mailchimp sales teams across EMEA (in-house and outsourced). This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, data engineering, and analytics - ensuring our sales organisation is efficient, productive, and insight-driven.

You'll work closely with sales leadership, analytics, marketing, finance, and customer success to optimise processes, deliver actionable insights, and explore new ways to drive performance through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline and optimise sales processes across EMEA to drive productivity and efficiency.

  • Own sales operations functions including pipeline management, incentive compensation, deal desk, lead management, and contact centre operations.

  • Use SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark) to analyse data, automate workflows, and generate insights.

  • Design and manage ETL/ELT processes, data models, and reporting automation.

  • Leverage Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP to enable scalable reporting and analytics.

  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for new tools, automation, and AI-driven improvements.

  • Act as the bridge between Sales and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in Sales Ops or Rev Ops roles.

  • 2+ years' Salesforce experience (essential). Experience with Gong, Outreach, or Seismic is a plus.

  • Proven track record of launching or optimising sales tools/CRM systems.

  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA skills.

  • Strong SQL knowledge; experience with Databricks/GitHub preferred.

  • Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau.

  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-starter comfortable managing both run-the-business and strategic transformation initiatives.

  • Curious and innovative, with an interest in AI and automation.
