Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Order Management

• Assist the entire ordering process, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Support the Benelux delivery process, including delivery planning and monthly forecasting
• Assist the team with other data processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze sales data to optimize order placement based on monthly targets.

Payment Coordination

• Collaborate with the finance team for the invoice sending and account receivable.
• Assist in tracking orders payment issues.
• Assisting in processing retail payments

Customer and Stakeholder Communication

• Engage with external customers to build strong relationships and meet their needs.
• Support the Benelux team with data insights for business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Background in Business Studies, currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Ability to provide a tripartite agreement.
• Proficient in English, Dutch will be a plus.
• Available to work at least four days a week.
