Job Description

Overall purpose of the job:

  • To assist the business in maximising sales revenue, by working as part of a dedicated team delivering sales analytics.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership on providing data analytics to support Sales

Key responsibilities for this job:

  • Sales Performance Analytics: Analyse sales metrics (pipeline, sales, win/loss, productivity, etc.) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Work with sales leadership to support accurate revenue forecasting, territory planning, and goal setting.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM data quality, integrity, and usability, support Salesforce automation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance productivity and reduce friction.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Work with enablement and training teams to ensure sales have the tools, data, and guidance needed to succeed.
  • KPI Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and business health across segments and teams.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead or support high-impact projects such as compensation modelling, territory realignment, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Insights into customer lifetime value (CLV), total revenues that our customers and partners will generate.
  • Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member.

Knowledge and experience required:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Able to work under pressure making timely and informed decisions to tight timescales, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
