Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst - London/Hybrid - 12 Months - £250-£270 daily (inside)

A global SaaS company is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst for an initial 12-month assignment.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the go-to support for troubleshooting sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related sales reporting tools.
2. Lead projects aimed at improving sales agent productivity, including medium-term initiatives and immediate gains.
3. Support lead transfer from marketing to sales within established SLAs.
4. Provide regular insight reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to sales managers to enhance channel performance.
5. Collaborate with key partners to improve sales agent experience with tools like Salesforce.

Skills & Experience:

• Effective communication: manage projects and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Data proficiency: analyze disparate data sets to identify patterns and root causes.
• Insight communication: present insights to influence understanding and decision-making.
• Project management: lead short-term projects, plan proactively, and identify risks.
• Standardization: execute current processes and seek operational efficiencies.
• Prioritization: rank opportunities for immediate and future benefits.
• Relationship building: maintain strong internal relationships and partnerships.
• Sales workflow expertise: develop deep understanding to support sales agents effectively.

Tools and experience:

• Supporting sales teams using Salesforce.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation and presentation.
• Experience with Alteryx, Eloqua, Adobe eSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, HVS, SalesLoft, Qlik, Tableau is a plus.
