The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join this successful Battersea office. The role will involve managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, with a particular emphasis on new-build properties and off-plan sales. This position would suit an ambitious negotiator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values quality stock, and wants to be part of a stable, independent agency with real local influence. Key Responsibilities

• Handling enquiries and qualifying buyers
• Conducting viewings on new-build and residential properties
• Managing relationships with developers, vendors, and purchasers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Providing accurate market advice to buyers and vendors
• Maintaining up-to-date property records and CRM systems
• Representing the agency professionally at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (estate agency experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Battersea and wider South West London market (advantageous)
• Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A genuine interest in new-build property and residential sales
