Sales Negotiator

We have been exclusively retained by Fetherstons, a well-known and well-respected estate agency with a network of branches covering South Belfast, East Belfast and North Down. They have an excellent reputation in the local residential sector built on a commitment to provide customer centric solutions that exceed their client's expectations.

They have experienced another year of growth and now seek to recruit a fulltime permanent Sales Negotiator for their busy South Belfast branch.

What will you be doing?

- Negotiate resale and new homes sales
- Facilitate viewings
- Manage sales post agreement
- Answer general sales and letting enquiries
- Ensure efficient management of appointments and valuations for the branch
- General branch administration
- Assist the Directors with ad-hoc tasks to facilitate smooth running of a busy office.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have at least 1 years' relevant experience gained in property sales.

You will be a confident, natural communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and customers. You will be organised, methodical with the ability to multi-task whilst keeping a keen eye on detail. You will enjoy working as part of a team and relish the opportunity to use your own initiative. You must be computer literate with confidence using Microsoft Office. Applicants must hold a full UK Driving License and have access to a car.

Starting salary of £30,000 (upwardly negotiable to reflect skills, ability and senior experience). Office hours Monday to Friday, you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. 32 days holiday, pension. Smart professional office with a great team culture based on Lisburn Road.
