Sales Negotiator

Experienced Sales Negotiator - £20,500 to £26,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Car Allowance - OTE: £40,000 - £45,000.

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be experienced and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and registering new applicants
• Organising & carrying out viewings
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers and sellers
• Negotiating offers received
• Generating New Business & Assisting with growing local market share
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the local market place
• Working closely with colleagues to identify and maximise new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Sales Negotiator role
• Ability to provide exceptional service
• Impressive written and verbal communication skills
• Determination and discipline to do a great job
• A full and clean driving licence and own vehicle
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
