Sales Negotiator / Trainee

Our client is a successful independent estate agency group with a network of offices in the Home Counties, offering services including lettings, sales, property management, and commercial.

They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Ashford, Surrey. The company will happily consider atrainee with a confident and outgoing personality, and who has gained valuable experience within a similar sales or customer focused industry. The role will involve:

• Registering prospective purchasers
• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Sales negotiation and progression
• Handling offers
• Overseeing the successful negotiation of the offer to a sale.

In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Some experience within residential sales would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Experience within a target driven sales environment
• Excellent face to face customer service skills
• The motivation to succeed
• A confident and professional manner
• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Full clean UK driving licence and own car.

This position will come with a salary package of £20,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance.
