Sales Manager/Director Designate - Labels - West Midlands - £35k to £45k basic

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead a specialized self adhesive label team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures strong presence.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales staff.
