Job Description
We're looking for a confident and ambitious Sales Account Manager Trainee to join our commercial team in Colchester. This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering value to clients, and developing their long-term career in sales and management.
In this role, you'll combine client-facing activity with strategic sales work. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the ongoing success of client accounts. What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with new and existing clients to identify needs and offer tailored solutions
Building relationships with decision-makers to drive long-term account growth
Supporting account managers with retention and upsell strategies
Participating in client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions
Tracking performance metrics and reporting progress to internal stakeholders

Some experience in sales, customer service, or account coordination
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Target-driven and motivated by progression
