Sales Manager: Lead Furniture Sales Team (West Ireland)

McDermott's in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, and Ennis, Co. Clare, is seeking a Sales Manager to run the sales floor day to day.

You'll lead the sales teams, ensure targets are hit, and actively sell on the floor while organising training and health & safety. You'll report to the directors as part of the Operation Transformed team, taking ownership of results and helping grow the business across the West.
