On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned regional company in the custom window sector, we are looking for a Sales Manager FR/DE/EN (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will supervise a team of 5, actively identify new target clients and new market opportunities in the B2B environment, autonomously acquire new clients - from the first contact to development, create convincing offers, and then present them directly to clients, manage the entire sales cycle: offers, contractual documents, until the successful implementation of the solution at the client, rigorously maintain your pipeline and your portfolio, contribute to building a strong brand image and increase its visibility in the market.Your profile: You have solid experience in a sales position, confirmed experience in business development and managing a team of more than 5 people, excellent knowledge of French and German (C1), and good knowledge of English (B2). You have a commercial or technical background and solid experience in acquiring new clients (knowledge of technical drawing is a plus). You possess a strong closing ability, great interpersonal skills, and a true willingness to achieve success. You are available and willing to travel as part of your activities.
