What you'll do

• Managing the full sales journey - from online enquiry to handover
• Leading and developing your team through structured 1:1s, coaching and performance management
• Driving departmental targets and achieving brand KPIs
• Overseeing stock - buying, pricing and ensuring the right cars are on the pitch
• Ensuring FCA compliance across all sales activity
• Owning customer satisfaction and embedding a culture of service excellence
