Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 10+ years' experience in the MSP/Managed Services sector to lead and grow a high-performing sales team.

Duration: Full time, Perm

Mode: Onsite (5 days office)

Location: Livingston, Scotland

Key responsibilities:

• Drive new business, MRR and GP growth.
• Hire, coach and motivate the sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across Managed IT, Cyber Security, AI & Automation, Print and Telecoms.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline and profitability.

Ideal background:

• 3+ years in a similar MSP sales leadership role.
• Strong team leadership and coaching experience.
• Good understanding of MSP financials, MRR and gross margin.
• Existing customer network/book of business is highly desirable.
