Job Description

Position Overview:

  • Develop regional business performance by planning and implementing of distribution channel, coverage area and territory management to achieve regional sales target.
  • Oversee and evaluate the performance of sales team members, analyze sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
  • Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the sales team to ensure the achievement of site KPIs and targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region/local market;
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies;
  • Proactively troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement within the sales plan, optimize planning & scheduling efficiency, and implementing SOPs and CI platforms.
  • Provide regular report to direct superior regarding regional sales strategy, sales activities, sales performance etc;
  • Take on additional tasks from your superior that are still within the scope.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years sales experience in selling GC1, GC2 and Food Packaging.
  • Relevant Bachelor degree.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
