Job Title: Sales Manager - Printed Folded Cartons

Salary: £50-60k basic (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits

Our client prides itself on delivering sustainable printed carton packaging to some of the country's most well known brands. Driven by innovation and quality of work, their aim is to produce products that leave a lasting impression on customers. Following a significant growth period, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager with the knowledge and expertise required to take them to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Act as a "player coach", designing and implementing the strategic sales plan to expand the existing customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
• Actively manage the sales team with a focus on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance and driving them to exceed sales goals.
• Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.
• Drive the sales process from plan to close.

Qualifications

• Strong business sense with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Experience in printed folded carton background, with a successful track record as a senior sales representative or sales manager.
• Dynamic, energetic and passionate about the work you do, with fresh ideas to improve company turnover.

Career Progression

Success in the formative stages of this role will be recognised, with the opportunity to progress into a director level position.
