Job Description
Axiom Hospitality Salary: Competitive
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Town: Dublin

Personal enough to know your name. Connected enough to open every door.

Axiom Hospitality is one of the UK's fastest-growing hotel management companies, and we're not slowing down. In a few short years we've grown to over 40 hotels, partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Radisson. Through our partnership with Pyramid Global Hospitality, we're not only connected across the UK, but connected across the globe.

That growth means something real for you. The people who join us now help shape where we go next, and we have a strong track record of promoting from within. For the right sales professional, this is a chance to grow with a business that's going places.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're thrilled to be opening two brand-new hotels in Dublin in May 2027, another exciting step in growing our presence in the Republic of Ireland. To drive their commercial success, we're now recruiting a Sales Manager to oversee both properties, reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager.

The cluster brings together Courtyard by Marriott Dublin (252 rooms) and Residence Inn Dublin (222 rooms), two of Marriott's most trusted brands.

YOUR ROLE

Joining the Axiom team, you'll lead sales across both hotels through pre-opening, one of the most exciting stages in any hotel's life, and on into successful operation. You'll:

  • Build the pre-opening sales strategy, securing business on the books well before the doors open
  • Develop and grow a strong pipeline across corporate, extended stay, groups, MICE and leisure segments
  • Win and manage key accounts, building lasting relationships with corporate clients, agencies and local partners across Dublin
  • Work closely with the Cluster General Manager, revenue and marketing teams to set targets, pricing strategies and commercial plans
  • Make the most of Marriott's sales channels, tools and global network to drive business into both hotels
  • Position each hotel clearly in the market, balancing the distinct guest profiles of a Courtyard and a Residence Inn
  • Represent the cluster at industry events, site visits and networking opportunities, raising our profile in the Dublin market
  • Report on performance, track results against budget and identify new revenue opportunities
WHO WE'RE LOOKING TO MEET

We'd love to hear from experienced sales professionals who bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a hotel sales role within a branded environment, ideally with Marriott brands
  • Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster sales experience (desirable)
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience across corporate, groups and extended stay business
  • Confidence with sales systems, CRM tools and reporting, ideally including Marriott platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Sound commercial acumen and a good understanding of revenue management
  • An established network in the Dublin or Irish business market would be a real advantage
WHO THRIVES HERE

We're growing, and the people who thrive here are those who bring energy, accountability and genuine passion for the industry. These are the behaviours that matter most at Axiom.

Adaptability & resilience: You stay focused through change and keep pushing forward when the market shifts.
Collaboration, communication & inclusion: You build trust quickly with clients, colleagues, owners and brand partners. You communicate clearly, create inclusive environments and understand that great hospitality starts with great relationships.
Accountability & results: You own your numbers and your outcomes. You know what a healthy pipeline looks like, and you don't wait to be told when something needs fixing.
Ethics, integrity & values: You model the standards you hold others to. Honest, consistent and trustworthy, with a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.
Innovation & continuous improvement: You look for better, not just different. Whether it's a new market segment, a fresh approach to a client or a smarter sales process, you're always asking how it could be better.

  • 28 days holiday increasing annually
