Sales Manager - Altius Corporate

Location: Preston Dock Office based Hours: Full time 8.45 am - 5.15 pm Mon Fri (with alternating Thurs or Fri 3.45 pm finish) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 a year

Altius Corporate, part of the award winning Altius Group, is seeking a high performing Sales Manager to lead our team of Dealmakers responsible for SME business sales across the UK. This is a full time, office based role at Preston Docks HQ. Candidates must live within a 40 minute commute.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of Dealmakers
• Drive KPI delivery and sales performance
• Support deal progression and negotiation stages
• Improve CRM discipline and process effectiveness
• Conduct regular coaching and development sessions

What we are looking for

• Strong B2B sales background with proven results
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Target driven and commercially minded
• Excellent communication skills
• HubSpot knowledge desirable
• M&A experience desirable but not essential
• Must live within 40 minutes of Preston Docks (PR2)
