The Opportunity

Ready to pioneer the next frontier of sales excellence? We are seeking an established, high-performing Sales Leader currently operating as a Sales Manager managing Account managers, Account Executives and/or Business Development Representatives (BDRs)-to spearhead and transform our French market organization. This isn't a traditional 'maintenance' management role. We are undergoing a major shift in how we go to market. As a Business Development Manager, you will act as a critical change agent, scaling a high-velocity team while actively evolving our sales development organization. You will be at the forefront of integrating Agentic AI into our workflow-shifting the team from manual outreach to strategic AI orchestration-while continuing to act as a world-class talent incubator for the next generation of AEs. Your Impact
  • Change Management & Evolution: Lead the strategic shift of the sales development organization. You will guide the team through process overhauls, shifting mindsets, and adopting modern methodologies as our go-to-market strategy evolves.
  • Agentic AI Innovation: Drive the adoption and mastery of Agentic AI tools within the team. You will train and scale the organization to leverage autonomous AI agents for deep research, hyper-personalized prospecting, and workflow automation, multiplying team output and pipeline quality.
  • Talent Incubator: Recruit, onboard, and coach a diverse team, preparing them for future promotion into closing Account Executive roles through rigorous pipeline and sales competency training.
  • Strategic Market Leadership: Design and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to the nuances of the French territory, turning raw data and AI-driven insights into high value revenue pipeline.
  • Performance & Tech Optimization: Define objectives, design creative team incentives, and cultivate a culture of high performance. Balance human emotional intelligence with advanced technology to maximize productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to optimize campaign follow-ups, refine tech stacks, and report on lead quality and revenue impact to senior stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
  • Current Sales Leadership Experience: You are currently operating in a Sales Leader position, with a proven track record of directly managing, mentoring, and scaling Account Executives, Account Managers and/or Business Development teams.
  • Language Mastery: Absolute fluency (written and spoken) in both French and English is mandatory for this role.
  • Change Agent Mindset: Proven experience leading teams through organizational, cultural, or technological change. You don't just manage processes; you inspire people through transitions.
  • Tech-Forward Vision: A strong passion for-and ideally experience with-the intersection of Sales and AI. You understand how Agentic AI can be used to supercharge pipeline generation, and you know how to operationalize it.
  • Sales Background: A consistent, proven track record of over achieving quotas in enterprise software sales (CRM, SaaS, or Enterprise Applications preferred).
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to manage upwards, collaborate cross functionally, and build trust within a multi cultural, fast paced environment.
