What the role is:
gloobles is looking for a motivated Sales and Office Management Intern to join our team. As a Sales and Office Management Intern, you will support our efforts to enhance the sales of our gloobles guides as well as helping out on the organization and managing of in-store inventory, tracking expenses and co-ordinating the international distribution of the guides.
What you'll work on:
• Identify Potential Stockists: research bookstores, boutiques, concept stores, and other retailers that align with the book's aesthetic and audience.
• Pitch the Product: craft and send personalized outreach emails to potential buyers, following up professionally and confidently.
• Order Coordination: help process and track wholesale orders or shipments.
• Sales Reporting: support in tracking performance, sales goals, and creating simple reports.
• Boosting Sales:contribute to strategic brainstorming for new business opportunities and the improvement of sales processes as well as pitching outreach strategies
• Support with any logistics regarding the sales and distribution of the guides: communicate with printers, warehouses, or delivery services when needed.
What we're looking for:
• Interested in sales and business development: Comfortable reaching out to potential partners and clients, with a confident and friendly communication style.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication: approachable and great at making interpersonal connections
• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine curiosity
• Sharp research skills and a keen eye for detail
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and staying on top of deadlines
• Comfortable researching potential leads, compiling contact lists, and supporting outreach strategies.
• Currently enrolled in a degree programme focused on business, sales, communications, hospitality or marketing
