We're offering a business development internship that goes far beyond observation. You'll shadow the CEO, close real deals, and gain hands-on experience in how to grow a startup commercially - from the street level to strategic execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Visit restaurants, cafés, and hospitality venues across Amsterdam to pitch the Buzz Power Banks solution

Represent Buzz professionally in the field - often as the first point of contact for new partners

Sell and close new B2B partnerships face-to-face and online, using proven sales techniques and tools

Use our CRM to manage your sales pipeline, log activity, and track performance

Shadow the CEO and senior team to learn closing techniques, field strategies, and how to scale a startup

Contribute ideas to improve our pitch, materials, and sales process - your input will be heard and tested

Take ownership of relationship management with new partners to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction

Actively monitor and support new partner locations to help drive usage, visibility, and customer retention

Gain hands-on experience in negotiation, persuasion, and real-time decision-making


WHO YOU ARE

Enrolled in higher education (HBO/WO bachelor or master), preferably in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field - but other disciplines are welcome too

Fluent in Dutch and English (both required); other languages are a plus

Energetic, persuasive, and confident in conversation

Comfortable working face-to-face and outside of the office

Ambitious and eager to build a career in business development, entrepreneurship, or startup growth

Bonus: experience in sales, marketing, horeca, or retail is a plus

Located in Amsterdam or prepared to travel to Amsterdam daily
