The Sales Forecast and Demand Planning Manager - Amazon (Sales Ops Manager) will play a critical leadership role in supporting SharkNinja's Amazon business by driving operational excellence, forecast accuracy, and sales process optimization. This position will be responsible for developing and leading a team of Sales Operations Managers, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations, and enhancing predictability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Position based in our central offices in London (Hybrid)
In addition to leading the Amazon Sales Operations function, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Customer Service, to drive revenue growth, optimize trade spend, and improve operational efficiencies.
ResponsibilitiesHere are the exciting things you will get to do:
- Forecasting & Sales Operations Optimization: Own the sales forecast process for Amazon, driving accuracy in volume, value, and trade spend projections.
- Develop, track, and optimize internal forecasts, ensuring alignment with external Amazon demand planning teams.
- Drive the monthly consensus forecast process, ensuring on-time deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage order processes in coordination with Customer Service, including purchase order (PO) creation, confirmation, and fulfillment rate tracking.
- Amazon Inventory & Trade Spend Management: Oversee inventory management strategies, including Direct Import and In-Stock Optimization to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives with the Amazon Operations team to align on growth strategies and promotional plans.
- Fluent English
- Experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry.
- Ability to draw insights across multiple complex data sets and incorporate into decision making.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Past operational or sales experience with Amazon preferred.
- Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
- Strong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to set priorities and juggle several tasks within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a positive attitude.
