The Opportunity

We are looking for two Sales Executives to join our growing Industrial Portfolio.

The main focus of this role is to get close to the market quickly, source and close new business, develop current accounts through portfolio selling, and exceed targets across all products.

The industrial sector is excelling rapidly, offering exciting growth opportunities. The candidate should be ambitious, have a consultative approach, and be able to manage multiple sales targets and expectations.

With Easyfairs' focus on relationship building and face-to-face meetings, the role will involve travel to our exhibitions and attendance at competitor events.

Is this you?

  • Personable with excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal, capable of creating strategic proposals and engaging prospects through face-to-face meetings and calls.
  • Consultative sales approach with a focus on creating the right opportunities for clients.
  • Big picture thinking, adaptability, resilience, and understanding of business growth strategies.
  • Ability and interest in researching and identifying new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Team player, supporting portfolio growth while achieving personal targets.

Essential Criteria:

  • This is an entry-level position; experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is preferred.
  • Ambitious, driven, and committed to owning projects and achieving excellent outcomes.
  • KPI-driven, viewing targets as opportunities to exceed performance.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Experience in the events industry is desirable.
  • Keen interest in sales and the industrial sector, especially engineering.
