We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Ford Bradford dealership.

About the Business

Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses, we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. About You

We seek someone who can listen to customers' needs and adapt their skills accordingly. As a Sales Executive, you should be confident working towards targets and deadlines, maximizing every opportunity to convert inquiries into sales.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximize car sales in a target-driven environment.

This role is ideal if you're looking to build a career in the automotive industry. Full training, including manufacturer courses and ongoing internal support, will be provided.

Customer Delight Executives at our sites handle handovers, allowing you to focus on customer care and sales.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £45,000.
  • Five-day workweek.

  • £25 contribution to eye tests.

You must hold a valid UK driving license.

Normal working hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with one day off during the week and every other weekend off. Shifts will cover these hours, averaging 41.5 hours per week over four weeks.

If you have retail experience, you'll appreciate that we close on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
