Sales Executive for Broadcast Technology Company


The Sales Executive provides a pivotal link, and will be the primary point of contact between the client and the sales team. The Sales Executive will work with existing clients as well as generate new client leads, increase the business with existing distributors and end customer, answering client queries as well as prepare all sales documentation. A large part of the job will be spent developing new and maintaining existing relationships.
Working in a challenging and competitive environment, the Sales Executive will be responsible for processing all sale-related paperwork and arranging appointments to visit with new and established customers.
Specific responsibilities include following up quotes, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing sales enquiries. The Sales Executive is the first point of contact for customers for all matters surrounding sales, requests and complaints.
Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases. Must have excellent communication (written and oral) skills, customer service skills, be organised and well-presented.
