Maitland Selwyn are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a respected and growing homebuilder - for an experienced New Home Sales Executive to join their successful team in Bridlington.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual with a background in new home or property sales. You will be the face of the development, guiding buyers through the process from initial enquiry to handover day - ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for potential buyers

• Conduct viewings and provide detailed information on available properties

• Support customers throughout the buying process

• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and the site team to ensure timely completions

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the development

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in New Home Sales or Residential Property Sales is essential

• A professional, proactive, and approachable demeanour

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A full UK driving licence and your own transport is required
