The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the Audi that best suits their needs.

• Guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey
• Managing enquiries from walk-in customers, telephone, email and online platforms
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Advising customers on vehicle and finance options
• Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of the Audi product range

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive experience is an advantage but not essential)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, self-motivated attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Confidence working towards sales targets
• A full clean driving licence

A qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing would be an advantage but is not essential.
