Sales Executive

• Position: Sales Executive
• Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 plus uncapped commission
• Location: Eastbourne
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
• Benefits: Standard holiday (2 days to be taken during Xmas close down), Private medical insurance after probation, pension and Company events

Job Duties

• New Business Development: Seek out new opportunities to increase clientele and presence in the market.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and handling customers' needs.
• Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
• Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently manage, quote, and conclude inbound inquiries.

Skills and Experience Required

• Sales, upselling and cross selling
• Account management
• Proven experience of sales and account management in the IT sector
