Sales Executive

Star Concord is currently looking for Sales Executive to join us in our expanding business.

  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm/ 5 days week
  • Training provided
  • Basic Salary + Commission
  • Central/ West, Alexandra (Near Labrador Park Station)
Sales Executive Job Duties:
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and understanding the needs of the potential customers; recommending solutions.
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Present company's services favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Liaise with overseas agents to check on the shipping charges, rules and regulations for the respective countries.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Review own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets.
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC.
  • No working experience related is required but if possess 1-2 years of experience in the in Freight Forwarding / Logistics would be an advantage.
  • Adaptive & flexible in fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, confident and determined approach.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
